摘要
基于玉米穗对特定波长红外光的选择性吸收理论,研究了红外辐射条件下玉米穗的红外吸收特性,针对玉米穗收获后含水率较高、直接脱粒易导致子粒破碎等特点,设计了一种传热效率高、能耗低、干燥均匀性好,且结构简单、工作可靠的玉米穗干燥试验台,为研制红外辐射玉米穗干燥机奠定了坚实基础。该试验台可以将收获后含水率较高的玉米穗降低到18%左右的最佳脱粒含水率,这对于降低玉米穗脱粒过程中的子粒破损率、减少玉米的产后损失、满足生产实际需要、确保玉米的丰产丰收具有重要意义。
Infrared absorption characteristic of corn was studied based on infrared selective absorption theory of corn. Infrared drying experimental equipment was designed according to corn's high moisture content and grain crushing easily by direct threshing, and it is characterized with high efficiency, low energy consumption, uniform drying, simple structure and reliable operation and it is a solid foundation for the development of infrared radiation corn dryer. Corncob with high water content could be reduced to about 15%. It plays a significant role in decreasing grain breakage rate of corn, reducing production losses, satisfying the production need and ensuring the good harvest.
