摘要
目的探讨自拟解郁方联合氟西汀等综合治疗产后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的60例产后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予盐酸氟西汀胶囊及维生素B1口服,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上,每天加服自拟解郁方1剂,6周为1个疗程。在此基础上均配合产科心理咨询及治疗、随访等。观察两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.67%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟解郁方联合氟西汀等综合治疗产后抑郁症临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the self-made modified prescriptions to resolve depression combined fluoxetine,etc,the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment of postpartum depression.METHODS Of 60 patients admitted in our hospital from postpartum depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.In the control group,patients were given fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules and vitamin B1.In the treatment group,self-made modified prescriptions to resolve depression（l dose per day） was supplemented on the basis of the treatment in the control group,all for 6 weeks as a period of treatment.On the basis of all cooperate with obstetric psychological counseling,treatment and follow-up,etc,to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups of patients.RESULTS After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions to treatment group was obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Self-made modified prescriptions to resolve depression combined fluoxetine and other comprehensive treatments in the treatment of postpartum depression,the curative effect was remarkable,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
