摘要
目的了解佛山市桂城街道学龄前儿童的接种现况及其影响因素,以指导开展预防接种工作。方法采用简单随机方法抽取404名儿童进行问卷调查,利用SPSS 17.0对问卷数据进行构成比、χ-2检验、Logistic回归分析等统计分析。使用Ex-cel 2010建立接种数据库并分析。结果新增国家免疫规划疫苗接种率不达标;不同户籍儿童、不同疫苗剂次的接种率不同;二类疫苗接种率逐年下降;居住年限、预防接种认知、防保人员的工作积极性及儿童流动性大是桂城街道预防接种工作的影响因素。结论加强宣传,强化防保人员责任感,及时处理不良反应,改善桂城街道的预防接种工作。
OBJECTIVE To understand the vaccination status and influencing factors of preschool children in Guicheng street so as to guide prevention vaccination work.METHODS Using simple random method to extract 404 children and conduct a questionnaire survey.Using SPSS 17.0 Software to analyze through constituent ratio,chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis.Using Excel2010 to establish and analyze vaccination database.RESULTS The rates of new national immunization program vaccination were failure.The vaccination rates were different in different census register and different doses of vaccines.The inoculation rates of the second vaccine decreased by year.The factors,including living time,vaccination awareness,enthusiasm and floating and affect the vaccination work in Guicheng Street.CONCLUSION It could improve vaccination work of Guieheng Street through strengthen publicity,strengthen preventive personnel responsibility and process adverse reactions timely.
