摘要
目的了解城市社区医务人员对社区高血压管理质量的评价,分析影响因素,提出完善我国社区高血压管理的可行措施和建议。方法对来自武汉市15个行政区的249名社区医务人员进行问卷调查,利用描述性和多元线性回归方法进行分析。结果 80.3%的调查对象近三年接受过高血压知识培训,培训以区级培训为主;90.4%的调查对象认为自身知识结构能完全满足和基本满足高血压管理需要;61.5%的调查对象认为自己能完全胜任高血压管理工作;仅30.1%的调查对象认为社区高血压管理很到位;调查对象对社区高血压管理质量评分均值为75.8分。线性回归分析显示,管理信息系统、高血压药品配置、经费支持、政府重视和培训等是影响社区高血压质量的主要因素。结论社区医务工作者对社区高血压管理质量基本认可,社区高血压管理质量还有进一步提高的空间。
OBJECTIVES To evaluate quality of community hypertension management by community health workers survey and identify its influencing factors so as to provide scientific suggestions for improvement of hypertension management.METHODS 249 community health workers in 15 districts of Wuhan were interviewed by self-filling questionnaire survey.Descriptive analysis and multivariate linear regression were employed to analyze the data.RESULTS 80.3%of the respondents have received the training of hypertension knowledge in the past 3 years,and 90.4%of the respondents confirmed that they have the capacity to complete tasks of hypertension management.Only 30.1%of the respondents think that community hypertension management was very good.The mean score of hypertension management quality was 75.8.Linear-regression analysis revealed that factors such as management information system,drug configuration,financial support,attention from the government,training work influenced the quality of hypertension management.CONCLUSIONS Hypertension management quality have been recognized by community health workers,however it needed to be improved continually.
