新安煤矿煤层注水影响因素实验研究

摘要 为探究新安煤矿煤层注水的影响因素,采集了新安煤矿3号煤层的煤样,利用压汞法测得了原始煤样的煤体孔隙率,同时还对煤样原始含水率、自然吸水率、坚固性系数进行了实验测定。结果表明,3号煤层煤样微孔和过渡孔比例较高为71.73%,平均含水率为1.25%,平均自然吸水率为2.92%,坚固性系数平均为2.37。上述指标虽符合《煤层注水可注性鉴定方法》中可注水煤层的要求,但煤体大孔、中孔所占比例较低,连通性较差,是影响新安煤矿煤层注水的主要因素。 In order to explore the influence factors of coal seam water injection in Xinhn Coal Mine, the coal samples of No. 3 Coal Seam in Xinhn Coal Mine were collected, and the porosity of coal sample was measured by mercury intrusion method, and the initial water content, natural water absorption rate and firmness coefficient were determined. The results show that the microporous and transitional hole ratio is 71.73% of the Coal Samples on No. 3 Coal Seam, the average water absorption rate is 1.25% , the average natural water absorption rate is 2.92% ,the strong coefficient is 2.37. Although the above indexes are in accordance with the requirements of water injection in the coal seam injection, but the coal body, the middle hole is the main factor affecting the coal seam water injection in Xin hn Coal Mine.
