急性脑梗死患者血清中NSE与S-100β蛋白的表达情况及其与脑损伤严重程度的相关性 被引量:53

摘要 目的观察神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及一种酸性钙结合蛋白(S-100β)在急性脑梗死患者血清中的表达情况以及与脑损伤严重程度的相关性。方法采用ELISA方法检测30例来自于吉林省人民医院神经内科脑梗死住院患者以及30例体检中心正常体检者血清中NSE和S-100β蛋白水平。并根据肢体瘫痪的严重程度,将30例脑梗死患者分为轻度肢体瘫痪组(12例)以及重度肢体瘫痪组(18例),观察两组患者血清中NSE和S-100β蛋白水平的差异。结果脑梗死组患者血清中NSE的含量为27.19±5.38μg/L,S-100β蛋白含量为2.20±0.57μg/L,均较正常对照组显著升高(NSE:6.54±2.43μg/L;S-100β:1.31±0.39μg/L),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NSE水平在轻度肢体瘫痪组(19.52±3.06μg/L)及重度肢体瘫痪组(32.30±5.38μg/L)之间差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NSE及S-100β蛋白在急性脑梗死患者血清中表达增加且NSE与脑损伤严重程度具有一定的相关性。 Objective To observe the expression of neuron specific(NSE)and an acid calcium binding protein(S-100β)in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction and the correlation with the severity of brain injury.MethodsELISA method was used to detect the levels of S-100 and NSE in serum of patients with cerebral infarction in 30 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized in Jilin province people's hospital.According to the severity of limb paralysis,30 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into mild paralysis group(12cases)and severe paralysis group(18cases),and the differences of serum NSE and S-100 levels were observed in the two groups.Results The content of NSE in serum of patients with cerebral infarction was 27.19±5.38μg/L and The content of S-100βwas 2.20±0.57μg/L.They were significantly higher than normal control group(NSE:6.54±2.43μg/L;S-100β:1.31±0.39μg/L).The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The difference of NSE level in mild limb paralysis group(19.52±3.06μg/L)and severe limb paralysis group(32.30±5.38μg/L)was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The expression of NSE and S-100 in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction increased and the expression of NSE was correlated with the severity of brain injury.
