摘要
介绍了箱体类零件和孔特征的描述方法。孔加工是箱体类零件加工中的重要工序,特别是复杂箱体类零件中的孔特征加工困难。为提高加工质量,提升生产效率,基于面向零件要素发来描述孔特征的信息,提出了一种孔特征的描述方法,并结合统一建模语言给出孔信息描述的信息模型。输入相关参数信息后,可以提取出有效的信息,以便后续调用的各种加工方法得以实现。
This article introduces the box type parts in the description method,hole features a description of the method. Hole processing is an important process in box parts processing,especially the pore characteristics of complex box body parts processing difficult. In order to improve the processing quality and improve the production efficiency,a method based on the element method to describe the characteristics of the holes is presented,and the information model of the hole information is given in the UML language. After input the related parameter information,can extract the effective information,so that subsequent calls of all kinds of processing methods.
