摘要
高职食品分析检测课程是食品药品监督管理专业的一门核心课程,重在培养学生的实践操作能力。为提高教学质量,培养创新人才,课程教学团队对该课程的教学进行了改革探索,包括课程设计思路、教学方法与手段、考核体系,并总结了改革成效。
Food analysis is a core course in food and drug supervision and management of higher vocational education.Teaching of this course is to cultivate the students＇ practical operation ability.In order to improve the teaching quality, cultivate the innovative talents, the research group carried out the reform exploration to the teaching of this course,including the curriculum design idea,the teaching method and the method,the examination system, and sumed up the reform results.
