摘要
针对人工进行汽车仪表测试时低效率的现状,提出一种有效的检测方法,结合了硬件在环(HIL)和机器视觉技术。已开发的系统能在实时环境下模拟车辆行为,并通过一个智能摄像机进行视觉检测,用上位机控制整个操作流程,进而实现汽车整车的自动化检测。文中介绍了模型仿真和图像处理两部分,并在实验室环境下对指示灯状态、指针状态和字符显示等功能进行了验证,实验证明了检测结果的正确性和稳定性。该系统具有较大的实用价值。
This paper presents an efficient approach for design validation of automotive instruments because of low efficiency of manual testing nowadays. The approach combines hardware-in-the-loop( HIL) and machine vision technologies. The system developed can simulate vehicle operations in real-time basis and inspect visual display of the instrument with an intelligent camera. A host computer controls the whole operation process and conducts fullyautomated design validation testing. The simulation models and the image processing algorithms are introduced. Experiments are performed for validation of the functionalities of the light status,the needle pointer status and the character display in a laboratory testing platform,verifying the accuracy and stability of test results and showing the practical value of this system.
