摘要
综合前人的研究结果,分析了当前我国玉米育种存在的主要问题及提高育种效率的主要策略,提出种质基础狭窄是主要问题,需要利用外来种质,尤其是先锋杂交种改良选育自交系,通过高密度压力选择与环境压力选择,利用现代育种技术与常规育种技术的结合,提高育种的选择效率。
Based on the results of previous studies,the main problems existing in the current maize breeding in China and the main strategy in improving breeding efficiency were analyzed,too narrow Germplasm base was considered as the main problem,and the breeding strategies were put forward,that include to use exotic germplasm,especially pioneer hybrid varieties to improve and select inbred lines,through selections of high density pressure and environmental pressure,and by combining modern biotechnology with conventional breeding technology to improve selection efficiency of maize breeding.
