加丽素红对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:6

摘要 选用160只360日龄的京红1号蛋鸡,随机均分为4个处理组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10只鸡,探讨日粮中不同加丽素红添加量(15,30,60 mg/kg)对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。结果表明,日粮中添加不同剂量的加丽素红会显著降低蛋鸡的饲料转化率(P<0.05),而对蛋鸡的其他生产性能、血清生化指标均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。对于蛋品质,试验组蛋黄色度与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),对其他指标均无显著性影响;说明加丽素红能明显增加蛋黄色度,可以作为外源性色素添加剂,但是不会对蛋鸡的健康产生危害。 A trial was carried on to evaluate the effects of carophyll red on the performance, egg quality and biochemistry index in laying hens. One hundred sixty 360-day-old laying hens of Jing- hong were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups,with 4 replicates of 10 laying hens each. The basic diets were supplemented with 15,30 and 60 mg/kg carophyll red. The results showed that the feed efficiency was decreased significantly (P〈0. 05) ,but the other performance and biochemistry indexes had no significant differences (P〉0.05) when adding different concentration carophyll red. The yolk color had remarkable difference compared with the control group (P〈0.01), but the other egg qualities had no significant difference between the trial and control groups(P〉0.05). It was confirmed that earophyll red could improve the yolk color and be used as exogenous pigment additive, but could not harm to laying hens health.
