摘要
日间手术治疗模式能够有效缩短患者的手术时间,减少平均住院日,降低患者经济负担,是治疗模式的一次创新。该治疗模式在国外已广泛开展,但在国内尚未完全推广。为分析开展日间手术的临床应用价值,选取上海市某三级甲等综合性医院2012年7月1日-2014年6月30日日间手术诊疗中心经手术治疗患者的病例为对象进行研究。从日间手术概况、实践及效果评价等方面对日间手术治疗模式进行初步探讨。结果表明开展日间手术可明显缩短平均住院日、减少平均住院费用,是解决"看病难、看病贵"问题的有效途径。日间手术的广泛推进需要医疗保险制度的支持与引导。
Day surgery treatment mode can effectively reduce the operation time of patients,shorten hospital stay and reduce economic burden. Day surgery mode which has not been fully carried out in China is an innovation of the treatment modes. In order to analyze clinical application value of day surgery,we selected 10361 inpatient cases of the day surgery clinic center from July 1th,2012 to June 30 th,2014 at a tertiary hospital of Shanghai as the objects. We had a preliminary discussion about some measures and experiences on day surgery treatment mode. It turned out that day surgery can shorten the average hospitalization days and reduce the average hospitalization expenses. It can solve the problems of poor access and high fee. At the same time,the development of day surgery still needs the support and guidance of the medical insurance system.
