摘要
建设项目水资源论证工作是水资源开发利用事前管理的关键环节,温泉项目以稀少的地热水作为供水水源,但温泉项目水资源论证尚未出台相应的技术要求可以参考。为做好温泉项目水资源论证工作,根据多年水资源论证工作实践经验,结合新出台的《建设项目水资源论证导则》,针对温泉项目取用地热水的特点,对温泉项目水资源论证中的论证范围、取用水合理性、取水可靠性分析等典型技术问题进行了初步分析,并提出出台温泉项目水资源论证技术要求等建议。
Water resources appraisal is critical for pre-control of water utilization and exploitation. Since geothermal water is normally used as source for hot spring project, there has no technical standard available for water resources appraisal of this kind of project. Considering special features of hot spring project, and based on practical experiences of water resources appraisal for many years and Guidelines on Water Resources Appraisal of Construction Projects, studies are made in terms of technical aspects such as scope and rationality of water abstraction and guarantee rate. Finally technical requirement for water resources appraisal are put forward.
