摘要
2015年中央一号文件提出,创新农产品流通方式,支持电商、物流、商贸、金融等企业参与涉农电子商务平台建设。农产品电子商务,作为农业提质增效转方式的重要途径,将会对农业的发展带来深刻的影响。山西是农业人口大省,农产品电子商务起步较晚,分析发展中存在的问题,提出从人才培养、农产品产业结构优化、物流及网络安全等方面推动农产品电子商务的发展,促进农业发展和农民收入提高。

Shanxi agricultural e - commerce started late. In this paper, through the analysis of problems ex- isting in the development of agricultural e - commerce, it puts forward the talents cultivation, agricultural industrial structure optimization, logistics and network security and so merce. on to promote the development of agricultural e -commerce.
