摘要
现代远程教育是信息技术与教育深度融合的一种教育模式。在线辅导教师技能是确保远程教育教学顺利进行的关键。在线辅导教师不但要掌握教学的专业知识,还应具备较强的情感支持的能力和运用现代信息技术的能力。转变观念,树立终身学习和以生为本的理念,通过理论研究、教师培训、实践探索不断提升教师技能。
Distance education is the model for education of the in - depth integration between information technology and education. Online tutor＇ s ability is the key points of ensuring education and teaching work. Online tutors not on- ly master expertise, but also possess ability of emotional supports and information technology. They should change the ideas to establish lifelong learning and the ＂ student - centered＂ conception, constantly enhancing tutor＇s ability through theoretical study, the training of tutors and practical exploration.
