摘要
高职院校是现阶段为社会培养技术性人才的主要场所,其为了满足社会发展过程中对技术型人才的需要,不断对其设置的课程体系进行完善和有针对性的教学改革,随着近年来旅游行业的快速兴起,人们对酒店的标准不断提升,酒店管理专项人才的市场需求量不断增加,高职院校陆续设置酒店管理专业,并试图通过课程体系的建设和教学改革使其人才培养的模式、水平与市场需求相符,本文以高职酒店管理专业为研究对象,结合个人经验对基于高职酒店管理专业课程体系建设和教学改革展开研究,为提升我国高职院校的人才培养水平,使其教学效果更加满足市场对人才的需求作出努力。
Higher vocational college is the main place to cultivate technical talents for the society at present stage. In order to meet the the need for skilled talents in social development process, higher vocational college im- proves the curriculum system and carries out the teaching reform. With the rapid rise of tourism industry in recent years, people tend to be fastidious about the hotel standard,and the talents of hotel management are urgently needed. Higher vocational college starts to set up hotel management major, and tries to make its talent training mode and level consistent with the market demand through the construction of curriculum system and teaching reform. Taking higher vocational hotel management major as the research object, this paper carries out the research on the construc- tion of curriculum system and teaching reform on basis of personal experience, which contributes to improving the tal- ents training in higher vocational college in our country and meeting the market demand for talents.
