摘要
目的:观察罗哌卡因、亚甲蓝及地塞米松混合液用于混合痔术后镇痛的临床效果。方法:将2012年1月至2013年12月收治的80例符合纳入标准的混合痔外剥内扎术后患者随机分为2组,其中试验组40例,对照组40例。试验组采用罗哌卡因、亚甲蓝及地塞米松混合液的方法,对照组使用传统复方亚甲蓝止痛剂。采用视觉模拟评分法进行疼痛评估。结果:试验组术后镇痛效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:在复方亚甲蓝止痛剂中添加地塞米松及罗哌卡因用于混合痔术后镇痛效果满意,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective： To obersve the clinical efficacy of ropivacaine,methylene blue and dexamethasone mixture on analgesia after the operation for mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： A randomixized study was made in 80 patients after operation for mixed hemorrhoids from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013. The study group（ 40 cases） receivde the treatment of mixture of methylene blue compound plus dexamethasone and ropivacaine,the control group（ 40 cases） received the treatment only methylene blue compound. The analgesic efficacy was the analyzed with VAS. Results： The analgesic efficacy in study group was better than in the control group at 6 24 4872 h after operation,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in study group. Conclusion：The mixture of methylene blue compound plus dexamenthsone and ropivacaine is effective and safe for analgesia after the operation for mixed hemorrhoids.
