摘要
地方本科高校转型顺应了新常态下高等教育结构性变革的内在要求。在地方本科高校转型中,教师专业发展不可避免的存在"阵痛期"。国家宏观精神倡导、地方本科高校转型的现实诉求、转型教师队伍结构优化之需构成了转型高校教师专业发展路径优化的动因。在实践教育哲学理论的观照下,反思地方本科高校转型中的教师专业发展所应坚守的价值取向,从构建转型教师专业发展的综合体系,调适转型教师专业发展的内在机制,创设转型教师专业发展的宏观环境三个层面来优化转型教师专业发展路径。
The transformation of the local undergraduate universities conforms to the structural changes of higher education under the new normal internal requirement. Under the transformation of the local undergraduate universities,the existence of teacher professional development inevitably exists"throes". National macroscopic spirit,reality situation unclear orientation of teachers' professional development and the plight of insufficient power presses,Transformation of teachers' structure optimization constitute the transformation of college teachers 'professional development path optimization. Reflecting on the transformation of the local undergraduate universities should stick to the value orientation of teacher's professional development,we ought to search for teacher professional development path. It has theoretical and practical significance on sticking to and maintaining the true value of the local undergraduate colleges and universities transformation.
