摘要
倡导"全民阅读"对实现中国梦具有重要意义。当前,倡导"全民阅读"具备阅读资源、阅读条件、国民素质、经济条件、国家政策等有利条件,也面临阅读兴趣下降、阅读条件不均衡等不利因素。建议通过"培养读书风气""加强阅读立法""改进阅读服务体系""发挥‘互联网+'的作用"等措施,促进"全民阅读"。
To encourage a love of reading in all our people has important significance to realize the Chinese dream. At present, there are many favorable conditions of reading resources, reading conditions, national quality, economic conditions, national policies, ere, for us to do that, but also facing the decline in reading interest, unbalance development of reading condition, etc. Recommended by the improvement of reading atmosphere, strengthen reading legislation, improve the reading service system, to play the role of the Intemet ＋, and other measures to promote civil reading.
