This article is the second part of the full text. It mainly introduces the prepara- tion before hot rolling of the slab for aluminum alloy plate which includes： homogeneous an- nealing of the slab, saw cutting and surface treatment of the slab, heating of the slab. The process system and matters needing attention for each process are introduced systematically.
