摘要
工业废气和环境空气中硝基苯类化合物的测定,现行国家标准方法是用锌还原—盐酸萘乙二胺光度法,该法无检出限。改进的方法通过增加采气量、减少总吸收液、增加还原反应吸收液量、增加显色过滤液量,使显色反应气体大大增加,比色皿厚度由10mm增加到20mm。改进后的方法推荐检出限为0.025mg/m^3,实验室检出限为0.021mg/m^3。用改进方法分析很低浓度的气体,能获得正确、准确的结果。
There is no detection limit in current national standard to test nitrobenzene compounds. The standard method was improved by increasing gas production and reduction reaction absorption solution , decreasing total absorption solution, increasing color filtering volume to make color reaction gas be raised largely, and adding colorimetric cell thickness from 10mm to 20mm. The detection limit of the improved method was recommended as 0. 025 mg,/m^3. The laboratory detection limit is 0. 021 mg/m^3. The new method could test low concentration gas more accurately. Therefore the standard method was suggested to be modified.
