摘要
本文结合江苏省启东市吕四渔港内港池码头及护岸工程水泥搅拌桩地基基础处理,阐述了水泥搅拌桩施工通过特制的深层搅拌机械在地层深部,就地将软土和水泥强制拌和,使软土硬结从而提高地基强度的施工工艺。该技术具有处理后可以很快投入使用,施工速度快,施工中无噪音、无振动,对环境无污染等优点。
In the paper,cement mixing pile soft soil foundation treatment of Jiangsu Qidong Lilsi Fishing Port Inner Harbor Basin Dock and revetment projects are combined for describing the following construction technology：soft soil and cement are forcibly mixed deeply in the stratum by special deep-level mixing machinery in cement mixing pile construction.Soft soil is hardened for improving construction technology of foundation strength.The technology has advantages that it can be rapidly used after being treated,construction speed is fast,no noise and vibration are distributed during construction,and environment is not polluted,etc.
