摘要
以红辣椒为研究对象,探讨微波辅助法提取辣椒红色素的提取工艺。分别考察不同提取溶剂、微波功率、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数以及液料比对辣椒红色素提取率的影响,并进行优化设计。结果表明,最佳提取溶剂为95%乙醇,提取次数为2次,优化提取工艺参数为:液料比为6:1,提取时间为15 min,微波功率为300 W,提取温度为55℃。
Taking red pepper as the research object, the extraction process of capsanthin with microwave assisted method was discussed. Effect of extraction solvent, microwave power, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times and ratio of liquid to solid on the extraction rate of capsicum red pigment was investigated, and the extraction process was optimized as follows:the optimal extraction solvent 95% ethanol, the extraction times 2 times, the ratio of liquid to material ratio 6:1, the extraction time 15 min, the microwave power 300 W, the extraction temperature 55℃.
