摘要
作者采用叙利亚地鼠胚胎(SHE)细胞体外短期转化试验,研究了叶枯灵原药、稻瘟灵原药、稻瘟灵纯品及煤烟苯提取物的致癌性。结果表明:煤烟苯提取物可以诱发SHE细胞形态转化,其诱发转化的最低浓度为1.0μg/ml,并存在剂量-反应关系,其余三种被检品即使在具有明显细胞毒性的浓度时,也不诱发SHE细胞发生形态转化。
In this paper, the early passage diploidSyrian hamster embryo (SHE) cells wereused as the source of target. Four chemicalswere appraised in SHE transformation testto determine whether they were carcinogensor not. They were (1) 2-benzoyl-hydrazono-1, 3-diethiolane(BHD) (technical product)(2) isoprothioiane(pure product); (3) iso-prothiolane (technical product); (4) benzene-abstracts from coal smoke of coke oven(benzene-abstracts). The results showed that morphologicaltransformation was not observed when cellswere not treated or treated with dimethylsulfoxide, BHD, pure isoprothiolane and thetechnical product of isoprothiolane. The high-est concentration had considerable cytoto-xicity. In the groups of positive control(1.0μg/ml 3-methyl-cholanthrene, 10.0μg/mlbenzo (a)pyrene) and benzene-abstracts, wecould observe colonies with random or criss-cross orientation and dense piling-up of cells.According to well known postive criteria,the benzene-abstracts can induce SHE cellsmorphological transformation. The otherthree chemicals can not induce SHE cellstransformation.
