摘要
肌萎缩侧索硬化(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)是一种致死性神经系统疾病,以上、下运动神经元的进行性退化为主要特征,其发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前临床无有效治疗方法。近年来,神经干细胞的发现及神经修复理论的成熟为该病的治疗提供了新思路。因此,本文就神经干细胞移植在ALS治疗中的研究进展进行综述,阐述神经干细胞移植的作用机制及其临床应用现状,为该方法在治疗ALS疾病中的后续研究提供参考。
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS) is a fatal neurological disease characterized by progressive degeneration of upper and lower motor neurons. Because the pathogenesis of ALS remains unclear, there is no effective treatment for it in clinical practice. In recent years, the discovery of neural stem cells and the maturation of nerve repair theory provide new ideas for treating ALS. Therefore,this article reviewed the research progress of neural stem cell transplantation in treating ALS, expounded the mechanism of neural stem cell transplantation and its clinical application and provided a reference for the follow-up studies in treating ALS.
