摘要
为了提高煤矿生产的效率,本文对减速器的功能进行了探究,分析了减速器的常见故障。减速器的常见故障有齿轮的损伤和失效、轴承的损伤和失效、箱体变形、润滑油泄漏,需要依据不同的诱因来针对性解决。对于煤矿提升机减速器常见故障的探究,能够帮助迅速解决煤矿提升机减速器工作中的异常状态,提升煤矿企业的经济效益。
In order to improve the efficiency of coal mine production, this paper studies the function of the reducer, analyzes the common failures of the reducer. The common failures of the reducer, which include the damage and failure of the gear, the damage and failure of the bearing, the deformation of the box body and the leakage of lubricating oil, need to be purposefully resolved according to different inducement. Research on the common failures of coal mine hoist reducer can help to quickly solve the abnormal state in the working process of coal mine hoist reducer, and to improve the economic benefits of coal mine enterprises.
