摘要
高校二级单位是培育人才、科学研究、服务学生的基本单位,也是高校推进基本教学和各种文化活动的根本和基石。在新形势下,贯彻落实高校二级单位党风廉政建设责任制,对高校廉政文化建设、党员干部队伍建设、人才培养和教学机制的稳定运行具有重要意义。而要开展党风廉政建设,就必须领导重视,加强宣传,明确、细化责任,建立量化考评体系,加强监督、完善制度,严格责任追究。
Units at the second-level of universities are basic in personnel cultivation, scientific research and student services, as well as the foundation and cornerstone in promoting basic teaching and cultural activities. Under the new situation, it is of great significance to carry out the responsibility system of the Party＇s Work Style and Integrity Development in the secondary units in improving integrity culture, teamwork of Party members and leaders, personnel training and steady operation of teaching mechanism.
