摘要
从修改篮球竞赛规则的指导原则入手,对"交替拥有"规则是否有利于篮球比赛所倡导的紧凑性与连贯性的指导原则,是否有利于篮球运动的普及与推广等方面进行了探讨,并认为"交替拥有"规则在特定情况下出现的晦涩难懂的条文解释不利于篮球运动的进一步发展。
This article is proceed from the modifying of the rules and discusses the rule of ＂alternating possession＂ whether adapts the principle of the compactness and consistency for the basketball match; and discusses whether it is conducive to promote the development of basketball. In the particular case, the writer thinks the interpretation with the rule of ＂alternating possession＂ is obscure, and it goes against to the further development of basketball.
