摘要
目的 分析精神病患者的人性化护理措施及护理效果。方法 采取回顾性分析的方法,选取2012年10月-2014年10月于我院接受治疗的精神病患者共50例,采用人性化护理措施,分析护理效果,总结患者及家属对护理的满意程度。结果 经过护理治疗,患者均有不同程度好转,住院期间所有患者未出现意外,未发生各类护理纠纷,患者满意度调查问卷显示,非常满意37例,满意11例,总体满意度占96%。结论 对精神病患者实行人性化护理,充分尊重患者人格,可以有效减少护理纠纷,提高患者住院满意度,提高治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the nursing measures and nursing effect of the patients with mental illness. Methods A total of 50 patients were treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014,and the nursing effect was analyzed. The satisfaction degree of patients and their families were analyzed. Results After nursing treatment,patients had different degrees of improvement,all the patients did not appear in the hospital,there are no cases of nursing disputes,patients satisfaction survey,37 cases are very satisfied,11 cases,the overall satisfaction accounted for 96%. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care for patients with mental illness,fully respecting the patient personality,can effectively reduce the nursing disputes,improve patient satisfaction,improve the treatment effect.
