摘要
西门子MM440变频器不仅具有很好的运行可靠性和多样的控制功能,而且具有强大的通讯功能。在安装PROFIBUS模块后,MM440可以接入高速的DP通信网络,实现远程控制。本文介绍了使用西门子S7-300系列PLC通过PROFIBUS DP总线远程控制MM440的控制系统设计方案。本方案分为硬件设置和软件设计两部分,实验证明可以很好的实现远程控制MM440。
SIEMENS MM440 inverter not only has a good operating reliability and diverse control functions, but also has a strong communication function.After installing the PROFIBUS module, the MM440 can access the high speed DP communication network to realize the remote control. This paper introduces the design scheme of the control system of MM440 based on the PROFIBUS DP bus remote control system using the SIEMENS S7-300 series PLC. The scheme is divided into two parts, hardware design and software design. The experimental results show that it can achieve remote control of MM440.
