通过分析工程造价、工程质量、施工安全三者之间的关系,介绍了工程项目中进行造价管理的重要意义,阐述了造价控制的具体方法,指出合理控制工程造价是工程质量和施工安全的保障,在项目决策阶段就应当树立造价控制观念。
Through analyzing the relationship of engineering cost, engineering quality and construction safety, the paper introduces the significant meaning of engineering project cost management, describes specific cost control methods, and points out that： rationally controlling engineering cost is the guarantee of engineering quality and construction safety ; furthermore, it is necessary to establish cost control concept at project decision stage.
