摘要
利用80兆和200兆′H核磁共振谱仪,测定了经Dane盐与亚胺中间体反应合成的19种新单环β-内酰胺类化合物的光谱。并进行了图谱解析,确定了内酰胺环的立体构型。19种新化合物的内酰胺环立体构型均为顺式构型,这种构型符合生物活性的立体化学要求。
