摘要
目的通过对洛阳地区2014年职业健康体检的8 478名铁路职工血糖结果分析,了解高血糖情况。方法采集体检者空腹血样,应用葡萄糖（GLU）氧化酶法检测GLU。分析不同性别、年龄组之间高血糖差异。结果洛阳地区铁路职工高血糖检出率为12.62%,其中男性为12.96%,女性为7.09%;20~30岁年龄组高血糖检出率为3.38%,31~40岁年龄组高血糖检出率为7.94%,41~50岁年龄组高血糖检出率为15.65%,51~60岁年龄组高血糖检出率为22.54%。结论洛阳地区铁路在职职工男性高血糖检出率均显著高于女性;高血糖检出率随着年龄增长逐步升高,且各年龄组之间高血糖检出率的差异均有显著统计学意义。
Objective Through the occupation health examination in 2014 Luoyang area 8 478 railwaymen glucose results analysis, understand the situation of hyperglycemia.
