摘要
通过分析传统综采工作面回撤时掩护支架移动不同步以及出支架后调向困难问题,提出了一种E字型推移与磨架装置。该装置通过推移千斤顶与掩护支架连为一体,实现了掩护支架自移及支架快速调向。该装置在陈四楼煤矿2513工作面的应用效果表明,不但解决了支架磨架效率低的问题,优化了综采工作面安全高效回撤技术,而且具有较好的经济及社会效益。
Through the analysis of the problem of shield mobile sync and grinding difficulty in traditional retracement of fully-mechanized working face,an E type shield from moving with grinding device was proposed in the paper. The device is connected with shield support through advancing jack,and can realize fast direction adjustment and self advancing of shield supports. Through the analysis of application effect on 2513 working face of Chensilou Coal Mine,it is shown that the device solves the problem of low efficiency of the grinding supports,safety and efficiency of fully-mechanized working face retracement technology was optimized,have a good economic and social benefits.
