摘要
乌东煤矿北区45^#煤层硫化氢气体逸出严重影响井下作业环境、威胁工人人身安全,给矿井安全生产造成重大安全隐患。通过分析硫化氢气体涌出影响因素,并根据煤层巷道布置及回采情况,提出了喷洒吸收液、抽放硫化氢、超前预注吸收液、监测监控等综合防治技术。解决了开采过程中硫化氢气体涌出超限问题,达到煤矿安全生产要求。
H2S gas escaped seriously in North 45^# coal seam of Wudong Mine,affected the underground working environment,threaten the safety of workers and has caused a major hidden trouble to the mine safety in production. In this article,the influencing factors of H2S escaping was analyzed,according to the coal seam roadway layout and mining conditions,comprehensive prevention and control technology,such as spraying absorption fluid,pumping H2S,injecting absorbent in advance,monitoring technology,was proposed. The problem of H2S gas exceed-limit in the process of mining was solved,achieved the requirements of coal mine safety production.
