摘要
目的探讨分析老年哮喘患者采取舒适护理干预的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院老年哮喘患者72例病历资料,根据护理方法分为护理干预组(40例)和对照组(32例)。对照组予常规护理,护理干预组在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理,并比较两组患者焦虑抑郁评分、患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度、住院时间等相关情况。结果经护理干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分较护理干预前均有明显下降,但护理干预组护理干预后较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。护理干预组症状、体征消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预组治疗依从率、护理满意度、对护理人员信任度、3个月复发率等也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够提高患者治疗依从性,提高患者的舒适度、满意度以及对护理人员的信任度,促使疾病恢复。
Objective To explore and analyze clinical effect of comfort care intervention on elder patients with asthma. Methods 78 elder patients with asthma were selected retrospectively as research objects and then were allocated to the nursing intervention group（40 cases） and the control group（32 cases）. The control group was only received routine nursing while the nursing intervention group was received comfort nursing intervention based on the control group. Scores of anxiety and depression（SAS,SDS）,treatment compliance, degree of relative conditions,nursing satisfaction and hospitalized time of two groups were compared. Results Scores of self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） after intervention in two groups were both decreased significantly, but the scores in the intervention group was more significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Disappearance time of symptoms and signs of the intervention group were shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Compliance rate,nursing satisfaction,nursing staff＇s trust degree and the reoccurrence rate after three months of the intervention group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention can improve patient comfort, satisfaction, treatment compliance as well as on nursing staff＇s trust. Promote recovery from diseases and reduce recurrence.
