摘要
通过D-H法建模对强力三角结构液压正铲挖掘机进行运动学分析,然后建立力学模型对其限制力进行分析。利用Matlab软件对强力三角结构液压正铲挖掘机挖掘过程中的水平推铲和水平提升两个过程进行模拟,并完成挖掘包络图和挖掘图谱的绘制。
Tri-power structure's model was made through D-H method. Kinematics analysis were carried out on hydraulic face-shovel. Restriction force was analyzed through establishing mechanical model. Tri-power structure in the process of horizontal lifting were simulated with Matlab software.Envelope map and digging atlas were drawn.
