摘要
目的探讨超声检查对Turner综合征胎儿诊断的价值。方法对我院13年来经染色体核型分析确诊的28例Turner综合征胎儿超声影像资料进行回顾性分析,评估产前超声检查对该综合征的诊断价值。结果 28例Turner综合征胎儿有25例(89%)超声异常,其中,两种及以上超声指标异常的23例(82%)、淋巴水囊瘤23例(82%)、胎儿水肿14例(50%)、主动脉狭窄8例(29%)。结论超声检查可发现Turner综合征胎儿异常,结合染色体核型分析,对于提高Turner综合征胎儿的产前诊断,降低该患儿出生率具有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetuses with Turner syndrome.Methods The characters of prenatal ultrasonography of 28 fetuses with Turner syndrome were reviewed,which were finally diagnosed by karyotype at our hospital in the past thirteen years.Results 25 cases of 28（89%）fetus with Turner syndrome had been found to be abnormal ultrasonic,23cases（82%）presented with 2or more sonographic abnormalities,23cases（82%）with cystic hygroma,14cases（50%）with hydrops fetalis,8cases（29%）with narrowed aortic arch.Conclusion Ultrasonography is effective at detection of fetuses with Turner syndrome,in combination with karyotype,ultrasonography is valuable in improving the prenatal diagnosis of fetus with Turner syndrome and decreasing the birth rate of fetus with Turner syndrome.
