摘要
2009—2013年，广东海洋经济竞争力排名稳居全国第二位，且与排名首位的上海之间的差距明显缩小。这种竞争力的相对提升主要受益于经济实力的不断增强和环境资源状况的明显改善，而科技实力和综合管理方面与上海的差距逐渐扩大，应推动海洋经济向质量效益型转变，海洋科技向创新引领型转变，海洋开发方式向循环利用型转变，海洋管理向综合服务型转变，持续提升海洋经济竞争力。
By constructing a marine economic competitiveness index system, the paper uses analytic hierarchy process to value Guangdong＇s marine economic competitiveness in 2009 and 2013 dynamically, and analyze the main reason for the change and explore the possible approaches for improvement. The result shows： Guangdong＇s marine economic competitiveness kept the second place from 2009 to 2013, and the gap between Guangdong and Shanghai was narrowing. Such enhancement mainly benefited from the stretching economic strength and improving environment. However, in the aspect of scientific and technological strength and comprehensive management, the gap between Guangdong and Shanghai was expanding.
