摘要
目的探讨分级检验法在肾脏生化检验中的临床价值,从而为疾病的鉴别诊断提供科学的理论依据。方法随机选取该院检验科在2012年12月—2013年12月收治的200例接受肾脏生化检验患者作为研究对象,并随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各有患者100例。其中对照组患者单纯使用常规检验方法进行检验,而实验组患者使用分级检验法进行检验,然后与两组患者各自临床资料进行回顾性分析,对比两组患者的检验效果。结果实验组患者对上述三个指标阳性检出率明显高于对照组,通过统计学方法进行检验分析,上述两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比较常规的检验方法,使用分级检验的方法对肾脏生化检验患者具有更准确的检出率,因此该方法值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of grading method test in the kidney in biochemical test,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for the differential diagnosis of the disease.Methods 200 cases received renal biochemical test patients from 2012 to 2013 were considered as the research object admitted,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group has 100 patients.The patients in control group were tested using simple routine testing method,while the patients in the experimental group using the method of test for inspection and grading,and then two groups of patients with their clinical data retrospectively,compared two groups of patients with test results.Results Patients with the above three indicators of positive rate was significantly higher than the control group,analyzed by statistical methods,the differences among the two groups were statistically significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared to conventional inspection methods,using the method of grading test with a detection rate of more accurate on renal biochemical test patients,so this method is worth spreading and using in clinic.
