摘要
目的对中药治疗膝骨关节炎所取得的临床治疗效果和安全性进行系统的、正确的评估。方法整群选取2011年1月—2013年12月期间在该院接受治疗的162例膝骨关节炎患者作为该研究的对象,并且根据随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组,给予对照组患者实施对症治疗,给予观察组患者实施中药内服外洗进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的有效率为95.06%,对照组的有效率为72.84%,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予膝骨关节炎患者使用内服外用中药进行治疗可以取得较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the system on clinical therapeutic effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee of the acquired.Methods 162 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients receiving treatment in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 as the research object,and divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,the control group patients were given symptomatic treatment,the observation group patients＇ implementation of traditional Chinese medicine internal and external washing treatment,comparison of the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results In the observation group,the effective rate was 95.06%,while the control group was 72.84%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with osteoarthritis of the knee using oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine treatment can achieve good therapeutic effect,is worthy of clinical application.
