摘要
目的探究老年慢性支气管炎护理中优质化护理服务的临床效果。方法随机选择该院自2013年8月—2014年8月期间收治的140例老年慢性支气管炎患者,分析这140例患者的一般资料,将140例患者用随机法分为两组,实验组患者70例,对照组患者70例,对照组患者只采用常规护理方式,实验组患者在对照组的护理方式上再添加优质护理。两组均连续护理1个月,然后比较两组的护理效果。结果经观察,两组患者在经过1个月的护理服务后,实验组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用优质化的护理服务可以提高老年慢性支气管炎患者的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing service applied to the nursing care for chronic bronchitis in the elderly.Methods An analysis was conducted on the general information of 140 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014.The 140 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and control group,70 cases in each group.The control group were treated by the conventional nursing,while the experimental group were treated by high-quality nursing based on the conventional nursing,for 1 month.Then the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of nursing,the observation showed that the clinical response rate of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High-quality nursing service can improve the treatment effect of chronic bronchitis in the elderly,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
