摘要
目的探讨和分析舒适护理应用于不稳定型的骨盆骨折病人护理的效果,以减少患者并发症的发生,提高患者对医护工作的满意度。方法将137例不稳定型的骨盆骨折患者,随机分成对照组(69例)和观察组(68例)。对照组全部患者采用骨盆骨折的一般护理,对于观察组全部患者采用舒适护理。对比两组患者经过护理后并发症发生情况以及对于护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者中并发症出现共8例,并发症发生率为11.76%。对照组并发症共37例,并发症发生率高达53.62%,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组。观察组护理满意度高达为97.06%,对照组的护理满意度仅为79.71%。将两组满意度对比,差异具有统计学意义(x^2=4.97,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对不稳定型骨盆骨折患者采用舒适护理,不但可以有效地降低患者并发症的发生,而且可以提高病人对于护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comfort care on patients with unstable pelvic fractures for reducing the incidence of complications and improving the patient satisfaction with medical work.Methods 137 cases with unstable pelvic fractures were randomly divided into the control group（69 cases） and observation group（68 cases）.The control group received general nursing for pelvic fractures,and the observation group received comfort care.And after nursing,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,8 cases had complications,the complication rate was 11.76%.In the control group,37 cases had complications,the complication rate was as high as 53.62%,the complication rate of the observation group was much lower than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group reached as high as 97.06%,while that of the control group was only 79.71%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（x^2=4.97,P〈0.05）.Conclusion For unstable pelvic fractures,comfort care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient satisfaction with nursing work.
