摘要
目的探讨阿奇霉素联合热毒宁治疗恙虫病的效果。方法随机选择2013年10月-2014年11月,该院住院的符合恙虫病诊断标准40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。对照组只用阿奇霉素0.25~0.5g/d;治疗组在阿奇霉素基础上合用热毒宁20mL/d。比较两组患者7d内临床治疗效果。结果两组治愈率相同,但治疗组在退热时间、临床症状改善明显优于对照组;其退热时间为（8.2±3.1）、（32.6±8.4）h肌肉酸痛,乏力明显改善。结论阿奇霉素联合热毒宁治疗恙虫病能明显改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the effect of Azithromycin combined with Reduning in the treatment of tsutsugamushi disease.Methods To choose 40 cases conformed to the diagnostic criteria of of tsutsugamushi disease in our hospital between October 2013 and November 2014.They were randomly divided into 20 cases in treatment group and 20 cases in control group.The control group used only azithromycin according to 0.25 to 0.5 g/day,and the treatment group used Azithromycin combined Reduning according to 20 ml/day.To compare clinical therapeutic effect between two groups patients within 7 days.Results The cure rate in two groups is the same,but clinical symptoms were improved in the treatment group significantly better than in the control group.Antifebrile time is（8.2±3.1） hours in the treatment group and（32.6±8.4） hours in the control group.Muscle soreness and fatigue were obviously improved in the treatment group.Conclusion Azithromycin combined Reduning can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in treatment of tsutsugamushi disease.
