摘要
运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等研究方法,从难度动作的分值、编排顺序、各类难度选用数量以及难度得分和难度价值等方面,对第13届世界健美操锦标赛男单前四名的40个难度动作进行分析,结果表明：第13届世界健美操锦标赛男单前四名选用的难度分值主要集中在0.7～0.9之间,平均分值都比较高;难度动作编排顺序符合选手的体能特征,前半部分体能充沛选用高分值难度;C组（跳与跃）选用数量最多,但平均分值较低,C组将成为选手在今后比赛中竞争的关键.
Use of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,from scores of Difficulty Movement, respect the order of presentatlon,the choice of the number of all kinds of difficulty and the difficulty score and difficnlty value, etc. ,on the 13th World Aerobics Championship singles 40 difficulty Action of the top four were analyzed,the results showed that： the 13th World Aerobics Championships men＇s singles top four chosen difficulty scores mainly between 0.7 to 0.9,the average scores are high;difficult Actions physical characteristics in line with the order of the players,the first half of stamina selection of high difficulty scoreiC group （jump and jump） use the largest number,but lower average scores,group C will be a key player in the next game in the competition.
