摘要
文章从马克斯·韦伯的权力三类型理论出发,剖析了美国高等教育权力体制,并探究了其多元权力模式的各种表现形式及其形成原因,指出中国大学治理结构变革的过程中,彰显大学传统型权力,是建设现代大学制度的前提和基础;释放学术卡里斯玛,彰显学术权力,是安排大学治理结构的关键;做好面对市场的理性化选择,则是大学治理结构重构的难点所在。
Based on Max Weber＇s theory of three types of power,the paper analyzes American power system of higher education and explores the various manifestations of multiple power modes and their causes. It was noted that in the process of governance structure reform,the highlights upon traditional power is the premise and basis of the construction of modern university system for Chinese universities; releasing academic charisma and highlighting the academic power is the key to the structure of university＇s governance arrangements; and being prepared to face the rational choice of the market lies the difficulty of university＇s governance structure.
