摘要
经济民主作为经济法的基本原则,在经济法的若干法律制度及法律实施中已有所体现,但是整体而言经济法中的经济民主还存在范围狭窄、方式单一等方面的问题。应当在经济法各子部门法中改善经济民主手段,增加经济民主方式,以实现经济民主下的市场良好秩序。
As the basic legal principles of economic law,economic democracy has been reflected in a number of legal and law enforcement systems. But as a whole,there are also a narrow range of problems on economic democracy methods and other aspects such as methods the single and so on. We should improve that in State Intervention Law and other sub- sectors law by ameliorating democratic means and increasing economic democracy way,in order to achieve the good order of the market economy under the economic democracy.
