摘要
目的深入了解贵阳中医学院班风学风建设的现状,并提出相应措施,为高校改善班风学风建设提供一定的参考。方法采用随机的方式,选取贵阳中医学院部分大学生和辅导员作为调查对象,通过调查问卷的形式进行班风学风建设的调查。结果贵阳中医学院班风学风建设的整体情况较好,但是迟到、旷课问题、学习主动性问题、专业自信心问题、考试作弊问题等不容忽视。结论完善高校的各项规章制度、执行辅导员的监督管理职能、提高任课教师水平、加强学生自律意识、营造浓厚校园文化氛围等可作为高校改善班风学风建设的具体措施。
Objective To have a real insight on the construction status of class atmosphere and study style of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and corresponding measures were put forward,so as to Provide certain reference for colleges and universities on improving the construction of class atmosphere and study style. Methods Using random way,Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine students and instructors were selected as the researcb object,investigation of the construction of class atmosphere and study style were taken in the form of questionnaire.Results The overall situation of the construction of class atmosphere and study style of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,was better,but being late,absenteeism, learning initiative issues,professional self--confidence problems,cheating in exgminations problems,etc.could not be ignored. Conclusion To perfect the rules and regulations of CoUeges and Universities and executiye supervision and management functions of the instructor,to improve the level of the instructors,to strengthen students＇self--discipline consciousness,and to deepen campus cultural atmosphere,all the above could be used as specific measures in improving the construction of class atmosphere and study style of colleges and universities.
