摘要
以新媒体背景下改善患者就医体验为中心,分析新媒体对患者就医体验的心理、疾病治疗与医患沟通方面产生的影响,进而探讨目前改善患者就医体验中存在的不足,并提出医院新媒体时代改善患者就医体验的措施,这对于在新媒体时代提升医院服务质量,提高社会满意度,构建和谐医患关系具有学术和实践意义。
This study focuses on the improvement of the patients'medical experience in the context of new media. It analyzes the impact of new media on every aspect of the patients, including psychological experience, disease treatment and doctor-patient in-teraction. Then it further discusses the deficiencies of improvement in patients' medical experience, and this paper proposes the measures to settle these problems. In the new media age, this study is of great academic and practical significance in enhancing the quality of hospital services, increasing social satisfaction and building harmonious doctor-patient relationships.
