摘要
由于受诸多因素的影响,火电机组的汽轮机机组背压经常发生变化,确定背压变化对机组煤耗的影响对机组运行和节能分析都具有重要意义。基于此,对偏微分法和等效焓降法2种计算模型进行了详细分析和比较,指出每种方法的优缺点和适用条件;并以N300-16.65/537/537-I型汽轮机运行数据为例,对模型进行验证。通过实例计算,认为第1种方法所需实验数据少,适用于计算机编程,通用性强;第2种方法较为便捷、准确,并具有广泛的适用性。2种方法都能满足工程计算需要。
Due to many factors, steam turbine exhaust pressure often changes. To determine the effect of the back pressure on the coal consumption of the unit is of great significance for unit smooth operation and energy saving analysis. Based on this, the two cal- culation models: the equivalent entha^py drop method and partial differential method are analyzed and compared in detail and the ad- vantages, disadvantages and conditions of each one are pointed out. The operating data of N300-16.65/537/537-1 unit is taken for example to verity the model, it shows that the first method only needs a few experimental data, it is suitable for the computer programming and has, strong versatility; while the second one is of convenience, accuracy, and wide applicability. Both meet the needs of the engineering calculation.
